1) Green color helps you relax and be more imaginative 
2) Having plants and calming photos will help reduce stress

4) Monitor should be eye level, clean and at an arms distance 
5) Reduce glare, brightness and keep font-size sufficiently large

8) Feet should be flat on the ground, back well supported and straight 
9) Standing and working can be beneficial, take a walk every 40 mins
